Easymix plus is equipped with 3 automatic pasteurization programs: at 65 ° C for white bases, at 85 ° C for yellow bases and 90 ° C for cocoa bases. After heating, each mixture remains at high temperature for the time necessary to complete the sanitization, then it is cooled quickly and brought to a temperature of 4 ° C; a visual acoustic signal indicates that the cycle has ended.
